"Setting" a home so that yours will stand out above all others is much more time consuming than one might think.
Placing a "For Sale" sign out front, without knowing one's next destination, is a bit more difficult than that.

The adventure continues on regardless and with two thirds of their toys and games packed in a storage unit I'd say the Ballard children are handling things quite well. Luckily the weather has been wonderful and kind, and on days it's not, their imaginations are able to come up with exciting activities to fill any void.
