Thanksgiving Break '19

Ryley's 18th Birthday!

18 years ago today, we became a Mom and Dad!! Upon entering this world she cried non stop and as Steven rocked her in the hospital he asked, “I wonder why she’s so riled up?”, and suddenly we had a name for our first born. Ryley is wise and discerning and we couldn’t have asked for a better kid to set the example for the siblings behind her. Happy 18th Ryley bugs!!

Grandma Darden's

We visited Grandma Darden in November. 

I love sitting in the back yard and watching our kids run around the same area I played in as a child. I used to climb over that wall and run around the neighborhood playing war and kick the can. We enjoyed Mexican food and helping Grandma tidy up Grandad's grave.

It was a wonderful weekend visit.

I think Azure was 3 in the picture posted just below. Josie Fish met us at the park next to our home and completed family pictures and Ryley's senior pictures all in one quick hour.
